Get cosy

While it gets colder and colder outside, we seek the warmth indoors. One way is to keep a fire at the center of attention.
Morsø has done just that for more than 160 years. They are the leading manufacturer of cast iron stoves in the world. Many well known Danish designers have been a part of the Morsø history, like Kåre Klint and Sigvard Bernadotte. Their design has been both innovative and timeless both in functionality and form, and the material of choice has always been cast iron.

They manufacture both multi fuel stoves, as well as insert burners and the traditional wood burning stoves. The latter come both standing on bases or pedestals, and as wall hanging stoves. All stoves come in many different sizes and designs, with or without log storage. Cast iron has some unique advantages as it keeps and controls the heat really well.

In today’s modern and centrally heated houses the fireplace has more than one function. Apart from helping to heat the house, it also brings a feeling of cosiness and comforting warmth to your home. A beautiful rustic cast iron stove will enhance any home.

For a peaceful moment with Nordal:

Who wouldn’t love to cosy up and relax by a fireplace like this for a while. Dress up your favourite Nordal armchair with our soft sheep skin and pull it up to the stove. Cuddle up with a warm cup of tea or hot chocolate under a blanket and just watch the flames dance in the stove. No other place you would rather be.
